Fort Lovrijenac
When Elegance Took Over The Fortress
Where history meets the sea, Sonja and Demjan began their next chapter.
Perched above the Adriatic, Fort Lovrijenac offered the kind of setting that hardly needs decoration. Ancient stone, endless sea views, and the energy of Dubrovnik created a backdrop that felt both grand and deeply personal.
As the evening unfolded, the fortress revealed a completely different side of itself. The elegant dinner atmosphere gave way to a packed dance floor, spontaneous moments, and the kind of energy that cannot be planned.

The Wedding They Wrote About

A Love Story Written by the Sea
For Dora and Ivan, Vis was never just an island. It was the backdrop of countless summers, shared memories, and quiet moments that shaped nearly a decade of life together.
Inspired by the fishing nets that once dried in the sea breeze at Fort George, the wedding design reflected the spirit and heritage of Vis, framed by panoramic Adriatic views. Their spontaneous arrival song became one of the day’s most memorable moments.
Dora and Ivan made their entrance to the sound of Mangio Pasta, a song they had been listening to in the car on the way to Fort George and spontaneously chose as their arrival soundtrack. Sometimes the most memorable moments are the ones that aren’t planned at all.
As the sun dipped below the Adriatic horizon, the celebration flowed effortlessly into the night, blending exotic rhythms with the free-spirited energy of a summer night on Vis.

TruBalkan contributed to the venue’s signature golden lighting atmosphere, helping shape a visual identity that extended far beyond the music. Paired with Arkadia’s remarkable floral installations and table styling, the space became a seamless composition of light, texture, and elegance.
The documentary evolved throughout the evening, moving from soft champagne and golden hues to a bold after-dark palette of deep reds and dramatic lighting. A carefully orchestrated contrast echoed within the same celebration.

Every country brings its own setting, but people always connect through music. Athens simply gave this celebration a beautiful place to happen.

There was an old-world elegance about Mirela and Björn that felt as timeless as the streets of Istria itself.
They let the day unfold one beautiful moment at a time, allowing the landscape, the people, and the music to shape the rhythm of the celebration.
As the sun disappeared behind the Istrian rooftops, the celebration transformed into an evening of singing, dancing, spontaneous moments, and guests who gave themselves completely to the music.
